The design brief requested a complete extensive renovation to this harbourside home, with the aim being to instil a Mediterranean flair within the design. The proposal reconfigured the internal layout of the house to provide an open plan layout which also maximises the views to Sydney Harbour, whilst also providing multiple outdoor dining and entertainment areas to maximise the sunny Sydney climate.
